Said integrated electro-hydraulic motor (1) has a rotary shaft (11) rotated by a supplied hydraulic oil. The electric motor (30) has: a rotor (32) connected to the rotary shaft (11); a stator (33) laid out around the rotor (32); and a housing (34) containing said parts. The rotor (32) and the housing (34) are arranged so as to enclose the casing (17) of the hydraulic motor (10). The housing (34) has: a rotary-shaft-containing space (51) that contains the rotary shaft (11); and a stator-containing space (52) that contains the stator. A sealing member (39) that separates said spaces (51 and 52) from each other is provided inside the housing (34).
