Disclosed is a high availability system for securities transaction. Each of a plurality of order sharing devices (master/slave basket management units (20A/20B)) shares and stores a parent order (for example a VWAP strategy) from an OMS device (10) and stores a child order which is divided from the parent order and formatted (the price is blanked). A main system ordering device (main system child order management device, (30A)) stores the parent order and child order, and sends a trading order (price included) to an exchange device (50) after analyzing market conditions. If a failure is detected in the main system ordering device (30A), a main system order sharing device (20A) sends a pending child order and a corresponding parent order to a sub system ordering device (30B) for the sake of restoration (d2), and switches the ordering device (30B) into the main system.
