The panel (1) has a tape profile (3) designed with retaining areas (6a, 6b) i.e. longitudinal ribs (5), where a solar module (7) is laid and fastened at the retaining areas by fastening using form closure and/or adhesion. The tape profile is designed as lateral shield i.e. wind blocker, of the solar module. An upper support surface (5a) for the solar module is formed at the longitudinal ribs. The longitudinal ribs are formed as under-belt seams of the tape profile. An insulating layer i.e. polyurethane foam, is arranged on a lower side. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a solar module comprising a side wall (2) a connecting element for fastening the solar module on a profile panel (3) a fastening unit for fastening the solar module on a profile panel (4) a solar-roof system comprising a profile panel.
