<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition whose cured product after curing is hard to yellow even if exposed to high temperatures and a transparent composite sheet using the curable composition. <P>SOLUTION: The curable composition cures by irradiation with active rays. The curable composition includes a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate monomer having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups and a bismaleimide compound.
