The instrumentation comprises a measurement plate with an angle scale (5'), corresponding to the required cutting angle, a horizontal movement scale (3,4) and possible a vertical movement scale. A holed plate (12) of ferro-magnetic material and possibly a stop or similar for an inserted pipe bend (13) are incorporated, together with a support (14) for the holed plate and provided with one or more magnets (14), together with those installed on the measurement plate. A graphic calculation is carried out for a pipe bend or other pipe bend construction with the air of a pre-calculated or known centre radius and possible horizontal movement determined by the pipe bind. On the holed plate on the pipe a marking is made for the required cutting line. |
