<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni-based alloy for forged parts in a steam-turbine excellent in high-temperature strength and castability and to provide the forged parts in the steam-turbine produced using the Ni-based alloy for forged parts of the steam turbine. <P>SOLUTION: The Ni-based alloy for forged parts in the steam-turbine is composed, by mass, of 0.01-0.15% C, 14-20% Cr, 10-15% Co, 8-12% Mo, 0.5-4% Al, 0.5-4% Ti, 0.001-0.006% B, 0.1-0.7% Ta, 0.1-0.4% Nb, and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities.
