<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring an antithyroid hormone antibody which is hard to be affected by interference by serum (hemolytic heme, bilirubin) by making wavelength of a fluorescent material to be coupled to thyroid hormone such as thyroxine into long wavelength (>640 nm: longer wavelength than absorption wavelength of hemolytic hem, bilirubin). <P>SOLUTION: In the method for measuring the antithyroid hormone antibody, thyroid hormone marked by the cyanine fluorescent material is brought into contact with the antithyroid hormone to measure variation of fluorescence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
