<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning method of moving an object of positioning toward a target position based upon a detected position thereof while detecting the position thereof, and positioning the moved object of positioning accurately at the target position. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the positioning method of positioning the object of positioning (a stamp part 14) at the target position.
