<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighter safety device capable of automatically returning a stopper member for blocking/unblocking the operation of an ignition device to the operation blocking position of the ignition device after a user's ignition operation surely and easily with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: When an ignition operation ends and the user stops pushing down of an operation piece 8, a piezoelectric element spark device 4 rises and returns by the operation of a spring and further, the stopper member 9 rises and returns by receiving energizing force of a coil spring 12. In this case, the operation projection 10 of the stopper member 9 abuts on the inclined guide side 13a of a horizontal hole 13, receives the component force of inclination of the inclined guide side 13a, and automatically returns to the blocking position of the horizontal hole 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
