<p>A composite positioning apparatus for a side beam of a stainless steel car roof. The apparatus comprises: an inner cavity positioning block (2), an external support body (3), an external positioning block (4), a mandrel (5), and clamps (6). The top side of the inner cavity positioning block (2) fits flush with the top portion of the inner cavity of the car roof side beam. The external support body (3) is adjustably connected to the surface of the inner cavity positioning block (2). The external positioning block (4) is adjustably connected to the surface of the external support body (3). An elongated nut in the mandrel (5) is integrated with the inner cavity positioning block (2). The clamps (6) are used to clamp the two edges of the car roof side beam (7). By fitting flush the inner cavity positioning block with the top portion of the inner cavity of the car roof side beam, the car roof side beam can be propped up. Width and height adjustments are allowed via the adjustability of the external support body, the external positioning block, and the clamps, all connected to the inner cavity positioning block.</p> |
