<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan assembly, in particular, a fan heater for creating the flow of warm air in a room, an office and domestic circumferences. <P>SOLUTION: This fan assembly includes a motor-driven impeller for creating the air flow, at least one heater for heating a first portion of the air flow, a means for diverting a second portion of the air flow to the direction separating from at least one heater, and a casing including at least one first air outlet for releasing the first portion of the air flow and at least one second air outlet for releasing the second portion of the air flow.
