<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately execute shutdown processing even when the time required for shutdown processing of an information processor varies depending on an status of the information processor. <P>SOLUTION: When a blackout is detected, a shutdown time acquisition part 262 acquires the time required for shutdown processing of a server device 21, based on a structure of a virtual machine in operation in the server device 21. Then, a timing determination part 163 determines shutdown processing start timing of the server device 21, based on the time required for shutdown processing of the server 21.
