摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent pressurizing force of a hook from becoming too small even in the case of pressurizing a striker in the state that the hook is close to the inner peripheral end of a recessed part without changing the size of an energizing spring itself. <P>SOLUTION: A spiral spring 71 energizes a thrust plate by locking a locking outer end 73 to the thrust plate while supporting a locking inner end 72 by a second pivot member 35. In this case, for the spiral spring 71, the position of the center S2 (of the spire) of the spiral spring 71 is positioned at a turning eccentric position shifted with respect to the center position of the second pivot member 35 to be the turning center S1 of the thrust plate.
