<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control deformation of bottom plate member when developing an airbag. <P>SOLUTION: The airbag case 12 which performs mounting of an inflator 5 supplying gas to a contained airbag 1 includes an opening 12aa to which a housing 11 made from fabric is inserted and is configured such that, when developing the airbag 1, an engaging member 12a which includes an engaging hook 12ab to an instrument panel in the opening 12aa part and a bottom plate member 12c are connected by a bridge mechanism 12b at an location can controlling rotational moment affecting on the airbag case 12.
