<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feedthrough multilayer capacitor capable of suppressing increase of DC resistance while suppressing increase of static capacitance. <P>SOLUTION: A capacitor element assembly L1 comprises: internal electrodes 30 to 36 for signal including main electrodes 30a to 36a for signal and the first and the second lead electrodes 30b to 36b and 30c to 36c for signal extended to be led to an external surface of the capacitor element assembly L1; and internal electrodes 20, 21 for grounding including main electrodes 20a, 21a for grounding and lead electrodes 20b, 21b, 20c, 21c for grounding extended to be led to the external surface of the capacitor material L1.
