<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back surface material that hardly floats from the inner face of a molding mold for a seat cushion when the material is set therein. <P>SOLUTION: The back surface material 100 includes a back cloth 110 that is integrated with the back surface of a backrest of the seat cushion and a bag-shaped head cloth 120 which is integrated with the inner face in the recess of a head rest of the seat cushion and is open downward, and whose top side is formed in a circular arc shape. The end part of the head cloth 120 is formed of a head front surface part 121 that is formed in conformity with the inner shape on the front side of the recess and a head back surface part 122 that is formed in conformity with the inner shape on the rear side of the recess. The head back surface part 122 is formed by turning up first head divided pieces 122a-c extended in three directions from the circular arc-shaped top side of the head front surface part 121 in a state of being divided into three parts along the top side and sewing them up with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
