<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power substation monitoring control system capable of performing an apparatus test in an electric power substation, reducing a workload of a command member while maintaining a normal operation normally. <P>SOLUTION: An electric power substation monitoring control system performing supervisory control on electric power substation apparatuses 10-1 to 10-N of a plurality of electric power substations connected via a network, comprises: a central processing unit 1 which carries out supervisory control of the electric power substation apparatuses of an operation system; a central processing unit 2 which carries out supervisory control of the electric power substation apparatuses of a test system; and an automatic phone answering device 4 which allows connection when a telephone number received from a portable terminal 8 is a number registered as the telephone number used for work of the test system, transmits a test number received from the portable terminal 8 to the central processing unit 2, and transmits a reaction result received from the central processing unit 2 to the portable terminal 8. The central processing unit 2 transmits a control signal corresponding to the test number to the electric power substation apparatus of the test system, and transmits a reaction result for the control signal to the automatic phone answering device 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
