<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent intrusion of rain water and the like into a data input/output device and prevent failure of the device in the device installed outdoors in a service station and operatively connected to an oiling device. <P>SOLUTION: A data input/output device 2 includes: at least one selected from a card insertion/extraction section 21a, a currency insertion section 22, a currency return section 23 and a printed matter discharge section; a door 31, in a closed state, preventing at least one of the respective sections from being exposed to the outside; and a weight 32 (opening prevention means) preventing the opening of the door. The door 31 prevents the exposition of the respective sections to the outside, and the weight 32 surely prevents the intrusion of rain water or the like into the device so as to prevent the failure of the device. Instead of the weight 32, a coil spring 42 for energizing a door 41 in the closing direction, a rotary solenoid 52 for energizing a rotational shaft 21b so as to rotationally turn a door 51 in the closing direction, an electromagnet 62 capable of attracting a steel piece 61a fixed to a door 61, a plate-like elastic member 72 for energizing a door 71 in the closing direction, or the like may be employed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
