发明名称 METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING AIR-LEAKING PART IN SINTERING MACHINE PALLET
摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect air-leaking part in a circulating pallet by making precise measurement, immediately below the pallet, of an oxygen concentration in a combustion gas sucked through the pallet, by a laser oxygen analyzer arranged in an upper part of a wind box. <P>SOLUTION: A detection method is used for detecting the air-leaking part in the sintering machine pallet based on the oxygen concentration in the combustion gas sucked into the wind box. The method includes the steps of: (i) measuring the oxygen concentration in the combustion gas immediately below the circulating pallet by the laser oxygen analyzer in the pallet width direction arranged in the upper part of the wind box and identifying each pallet passing above the laser oxygen analyzer; (ii-1) displaying the measured oxygen concentration for each of the identified pallets; and (ii-2) detecting the air-leaking part in the pallet as a position at which the oxygen concentration is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
