<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color processing device and a color processing program capable of setting the optimum total amount limit value by evaluating color reproducibility for a total amount limit value. <P>SOLUTION: A color gamut information acquisition unit 11 acquires information of color gamut reproduced by an image output device corresponding to a total amount limit value set in a range whose upper limit is the maximum total amount limit value of the image output device. An evaluation unit 12 evaluates color gamut corresponding to the set total amount limit value acquired by the color gamut information acquisition unit 11. For example, the average color difference between colors of color gamut in the case of the maximum total amount limit value or colors of color gamut reproduced by a reference image output device and colors of the color gamut acquired by the color gamut information acquisition unit 11 corresponding to the colors is calculated as an evaluation value. A retrieval unit 13 retrieves a total amount limit value whose evaluation result by the evaluation unit 12 satisfies a predetermined condition, and outputs the retrieved total amount limit value satisfying the condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
