<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gaming machine promoting the efficiency of assembly work by eliminating fastening of a heat sink with screws, or the like, having a simple structure of the case body side of a board case, and improving productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A board 41 mounted with a heat generating electronic component 37 is housed in a board case 26, and the board case 26 is provided with the heat sink 39 for radiating heat of the electronic component 37. The heat sink 39 is held between a mounting portion 62 of a case body 33 disposed opposed to the board 41 in the board case 26, and the board 41. The heat sink 39 is provided with positioning devices 81 and 81 for positioning the heat sink 39 to the mounting portion 62.
