<p>The present invention addresses the problem of providing a waste paper recycling processing machine capable of stabilizing a transfer performance and improving a sheet formation and a dehydration performance. The waste paper recycling processing machine (1) comprises: a paper making unit (2) performing a paper making process in which wet paper is processed; a dehydration unit (3) performing a dehydration process in which the wet paper is dehydrated and having a water-absorbing belt (32) to which the wet paper is transferred from the paper making unit; a drying unit (4) performing a drying process for drying the wet paper and having a smooth surface belt (43) to which the wet paper is transferred from the water-absorbing belt of the dehydration unit; and a dehydration transfer unit (202) in which the wet paper is transferred from the dehydration unit to the drying unit. The dehydration transfer unit has a pair of dewatering rollers (51, 52) for holding the smooth surface belt and the water-absorbing belt therebetween and compressing the wet paper between the smooth surface belt and the water-absorbing belt through the two belts.</p>
