A cooking machine comprises a driving mechanism, a heating vessel connected to the driving mechanism and a combustion mechanism (9) disposed below the heating vessel. The heating vessel comprises a tub-shaped inner pot (1) and an outer jacket (2) provided outside the inner pot (1). A rotary shaft (3) is fixedly connected at the axial center of the outer wall of the inner pot (1). A shaft hole is disposed at a corresponding position in the outer jacket (2). The rotary shaft (3) is inserted in the shaft hole in the outer jacket (2). The rotary shaft (3) is drivably connected to the driving mechanism. A transverse bar (4) is mounted at the axial center of the inner chamber of the inner pot (1). A plurality of stirring rods (5) is rotatably mounted on the transverse bar (4). An upper end of the outer jacket (2) is provided with an air exhaust vent (6). A lower end of the outer jacket (2) is provided with a heating chamber (7). The combustion mechanism (9) is mounted in the heating chamber (7). Two sides of the outer jacket (2) are each provided with a hinge shaft hinged to a base (8). The cooking machine has a simple structure, and uses mixed gas for combustion to achieve high thermal efficiency. Gas distribution is uniform in the combustion body, and the heat generated during combustion is uniform. By improving the heating manner, heating temperatures are increased and the taste of dishes is improved.
