<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-oriented magnetic steel sheet which has good L-direction magnetic properties when no stress is loaded, and has C-direction magnetic properties hardly deteriorated even if a compressive stress is loaded in the C-direction, and to provide a production method for the non-oriented magnetic steel sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The non-oriented magnetic steel sheet has a chemical composition comprising, by mass, 0.005% or less of C, 1.5 to 4.0% of Si, 3.0% or less of sol.Al, 3% or less of Mn, 0.2% or less of P, 0.005% or less of S and 0.005% or less of N and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities. The non-oriented magnetic steel sheet has: a steel matrix in which the average crystal grain diameter is 40 to 170 μm; magnetic properties satisfying W<SB POS="POST">10/800CO</SB>/W<SB POS="POST">10/800LO</SB>≥1.10 and W<SB POS="POST">10/800Cσ</SB>/W<SB POS="POST">10/800CO</SB>≤0.85×σ<SP POS="POST">0.2</SP>; a specific resistance at room temperature of 40×10<SP POS="POST">-8</SP>to 75×10<SP POS="POST">-8</SP>Ωm; and a sheet thickness of 0.10 to 0.35 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
