<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental treatment instrument by which lighting inside an oral cavity can be changed to white lighting or blue lighting, especially dental caries site, dental calculus, plaque, etc. can be made conspicuous, a treatment site is made clear and is treated by enabling the blue lighting. <P>SOLUTION: On the distal end of a grip case 10 of a dental treatment handpiece, a cap member 20 to be coaxially mounted on the grip case 10 and a vibrator fixing member 4 arranged coaxially with the grip case 10 in the grip case 10 are provided. The cap member 20 includes a ring shape member fixed on the distal end inside the cap member. The vibrator fixing member 4 includes blue LEDs facing the ring shape member 21 on the distal end part with predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. In the ring shape member 21, fluorescent body parts and transparent body parts facing the blue LEDs 11 are alternately arranged at predetermined intervals.
