<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery deterioration detection apparatus, a battery deterioration detection method and a program therefor in which a deterioration state of a battery can be accurately detected. <P>SOLUTION: A value of a current inputted/outputted to/from a storage battery and a value of a voltage applied to the storage battery are acquired, and a variation width of the current value in the case of varying the current value by a fixed value or more and a variation width of the voltage value at that time are used to calculate a current internal resistance value of the storage battery. The current internal resistance value is then divided with an internal resistance initial value corresponding to a current temperature of the storage battery to calculate a deterioration rate of the storage battery under the current temperature of the storage battery, and the deterioration rate is outputted to a monitoring device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
