<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-vane centrifugal fan and an air conditioner using the same, which can achieve high efficiency and low noise, by reducing fan input and noise by restraining turbulence of a flow by uniformizing the flow in the span direction of a vane, by forming the vane in a shape of being more adapted to the flow. <P>SOLUTION: This multi-vane centrifugal fan is provided by rotatably arranging an impeller 7 constituted of a disk-shaped hub 8, a plurality of vanes 9 and an annular shroud 10 in a casing. The vanes 9 are curved in a recessed shape to the pressure surface side in a cross section at a right angle to a rotary shaft of the impeller 7, and are formed in a curved shape of forming its front edge 9C side as a retreat vane and the rear edge 9D side as an advance vane. An inner diameter of a vane cascade of the vanes 9 is gradually expanded toward the shroud 10 side from the hub 8 side, and a diameter of a maximum warping position 9B of becoming maximum in warping of the curved shape, is gradually expanded toward the shroud 10 side from the hub 8 side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
