<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform a viscosity measurement and viscosity control of molten resin used for injection molding of an injection molding machine. <P>SOLUTION: The number of shots of injecting the molten resin from an injection nozzle 3 is counted by a shot number count means 17 during automatic operation of molding a molded article. When the counted number of shots reaches a preset prescribed numeric value, the viscosity of the molten resin injected from the injection nozzle 3 is automatically calculated. When the calculated viscosity of the molten resin does not fall within a range of a prescribed resin viscosity, a set temperature of a heater 10 is changed by a temperature regulating means 15 and the viscosity of the molten resin is controlled so as to fall within the prescribed resin viscosity. Then, the automatic operation of repeatedly performing molding of the molded article is restarted. Thus, the viscosity measurement and viscosity control of the molten resin can be performed automatically during the automatic operation of continuously manufacturing the molded article by the injection molding machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
