<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which a converging solid angle of laser light condensed and made incident in a plasma container can be enlarged in a laser-driven light source which includes the plasma container having a light-emitting medium sealed therein and condensing means for condensing the laser light in the plasma container, and generates plasma in the plasma container by the condensed laser light. <P>SOLUTION: The condensing means comprises a conical mirror having the apex on an incident side of the laser light and a reflection mirror for condensing the light reflected by the conical mirror in the plasma container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
