<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for a rotary electric machine capable of suppressing generation of burrs in the bend corners of both sides in a circumferential direction of the projected apical surface of teeth, and capable of reducing the coating weight of an impregnation material on the inner peripheral surface of a stator core. <P>SOLUTION: The stator 20 is provided with a circular stator core 30 having a plurality of slots 31 arranged in a circumferential direction and a stator coil 40 wound around the slots 31 of the stator core 30. The stator core 30 has a plurality of teeth 34 that project toward the inside in a radial direction and partition the slots 31 on the both side surfaces 34a in a circumferential direction. The plurality of teeth 34 include both beveled teeth 34A and non-beveled teeth 34B.
