<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide boots that do not stick even when surfaces thereof contact each other. <P>SOLUTION: The boots include: an upper part formed with an instep part housing an entire toe part; and tubular part housing a shank part. The boots include one or plural rough surface areas, of which the surface is roughened, at an inner surface of the upper part which faces to the other foot when wearing.
