<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet insertion method capable of improving workability for inserting a permanent magnet into a rotor core of a motor. <P>SOLUTION: A magnet insertion method for inserting the permanent magnet into a magnet insertion hole formed in the rotor core comprising a plurality of metal plates laminated comprises: a magnet formation step of forming the permanent magnet by laminating and fixing a plurality of magnet pieces; an adhesive agent application step of applying an adhesive agent including dispersed spherical particles to an inner wall of the magnet insertion hole; a magnet insertion step of inserting the permanent magnet into the magnet insertion hole; and a magnet fixing step of fixing the inserted permanent magnet to the rotor core with the adhesive agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
