<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device with reduced number of components. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic device according to an embodiment is provided with a glass panel, a stationary portion, and a display panel. The stationary portion is fixed to the glass panel, and has a first portion that is upright with respect to the glass panel and a second portion that is opposite to the glass panel.
