<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner capable of achieving an accurate image by reducing the deviation for the rotating axis of a movable plate capable of stably rotating around two axes perpendicular to each other. <P>SOLUTION: An optical scanner comprises: a driving device comprising a light reflection member, a support member for supporting the light reflection member, a movable part for supporting the light reflection member, at least a pair of movable beams which extend from the movable part, are equipped with a bent part at the intermediate part and are arranged so as to face each other across the movable part, a displacement part fixed to the movable beams in the extending direction at the opposite side of the movable part of the movable beams and a drive part for driving the displacement part; a vibration substrate comprising two drive beams extending from the displacement part in a substantially planar direction of the light reflecting surface and a support frame for fixing the drive beams; and a substrate having a fixing surface for mounting and fixing the vibration substrate.
