<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle arrangement method in manufacturing a panel for information display, in which particle groups containing chargeable particles can be surely arranged in cells on a substrate without disconnecting an electrode provided on the substrate in a particle arrangement process performed in manufacturing the panel for information display. <P>SOLUTION: In the particle arrangement method in manufacturing the panel for information display, the particle groups placed on a mask 11 having an opening corresponding to the inside of screen areas partitioned by partition walls are moved by a particle filling member 12 which moves the particle groups in a state where it is pressed to the mask, and when particles are arranged in the screen areas of a substrate 1 below the mask, an electrode 5 on the substrate 1 is grounded by an earth cable 22 having a resistor 23 inserted thereinto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
