The lamp (1) has a lighting arrangement (2) comprising a set of lighting units (3) i.e. LEDs (5), for emitting directed light flux (Lg) and another set of lighting units (4) i.e. organic LEDs (6), for diffusing the emitted light flux. The former set of lighting units is arranged before the latter set of lighting units with respect to a main radiation direction (h) of the lamp. The two set of lighting units are arranged in two planes (8, 9), respectively, where the planes are arranged parallel to each other. A secondary optic arrangement comprises a secondary optic unit e.g. lens and reflector.
