<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly concentrated salt seasoning capable of preventing the degradation of a flavor (especially a smell) due to a change with time of a broth as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: In the highly concentrated salt seasoning containing in a capsule, the capsule with the broth not dissolved for a required period in the highly concentrated salt of 3 wt.% of salt concentration at a temperature of 40 °C or less, diluted at the required concentration for using the seasoning in a Miso soup or the like, delivered by being dissolved when heated up to the required temperature is mixed in a required amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
