<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can satisfactorily maintain long time purification efficiency, and has excellent maintainability. <P>SOLUTION: On the upstream side of a wing pump 1, the device: a chlorine dioxide feed part 20 feeding chlorine dioxide performing the sterilization of water X introduced with an introduction tube 10; and a first filtering part 30 having a filter medium 31 filtering the water X fed with the chlorine dioxide. On the downstream side of the wing pump 1, the device is provided with a second filtering part 40 having a hollow fiber membrane 41 filtering water Y press-fed from the wing pump 1. Further, when obtaining purified water, the output side of the first filtering part 30 is connected to the suction side of the wing pump 1, and when making washing water flow, a freely switchable switching valve 80 for making the washing water flow from the discharge side of the wing pump 1 to the output side of the first filtering part is used, and further when obtaining purified water, the water is made to flow in the order of the first filtering part, the wing pump 1 and the second filtering part 40, and also in washing, water introduced with the wing pump 1 is made to flow back in the inside of the first filtering part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
