<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coverage display device which visualizes a cover area in the case in which its transmission is interrupted by an object existing in a three-dimensional space so that a user can accurately grasp the cover area for a short period of time, and to provide a coverage display system and a coverage display program. <P>SOLUTION: The coverage display device includes: a distance calculating section 8 scanning a cover area of a device object 20, determining a distance A from the device object 20 to a concealing object 21 which is the closest to the device object 20 in each scanning direction and generating a distance map 9; and a cover area drawing section 11 determining a distance B from the device object 20 to an arbitrary portion of the cover area. In the case of B≤A, the cover area drawing section determines that the portion is not concealed with the concealing object 21 and draws graphics in a non-concealing color.
