<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker that improves usability in operation to start cooking. <P>SOLUTION: An operation part 50A for a main power source switch for turning on and off electric power supply to heating sources such as a plurality of induction heating coils, various operation switches 51R, 52R and 53 for inputting power supply conditions of the heating sources, display parts 60, 61R for displaying input results of those operation switches, and an operation part of a selection switch for selecting two or more operation modes including an easy operation mode are arranged in an upper-surface operation area of a main body having the heating sources.
