<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin plate with a fastening tool, which can be fastened and fixed to a fastening object component stably and continuously without looseness to prevent the looseness of the fastening under any usage environment, with regard to a resin plate made of a foamed resin metal laminated plate structured to hold a resin sheet, a foamed resin sheet or a foamed resin material between two metal plates. <P>SOLUTION: The fastening tool 20 includes a shaft part 21, a first piece part 22 extending horizontally from the shaft part 21, a second piece part 23 extending vertically therefrom, and a bolt hole 24 at the center portion thereof.
