<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure for retaining an outer panel, which controls a vibration of an outer panel, while absorbing a thermal deformation difference between the outer panel and a skeleton member. <P>SOLUTION: The structure for retaining an outer panel, includes: a roof reinforcement 14; a roof panel 18 formed of a resin material and covering the roof reinforcement 14 from the upper side; a pair of engagement parts 22, 24 provided separately upper and lower on the lower side of the roof panel 18; a part 28 to be engaged, which is formed in the roof reinforcement 14 and configured to be interposed between the pair of engagement parts 22, 24; and an intervention member 30 interposed between each of the pair of engagement parts 22, 24 and the part 28 to be engaged and having dilatancy property. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
