<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a cooling fan and a heat exchanger in such a way that they face each other even in the case where the heat exchanger is disposed offset with respect to the axis of the output shaft of an engine. <P>SOLUTION: The axis D-D of the fan rotation axis 24 of a cooling fan 23 is disposed forward by distance L with respect to the axis B-B of the pump rotation axis 12A of a water pump 12 which extends in parallel to the output shaft 11A of an engine 11. The pump rotation axis 12A and the fan rotation axis 24 are connected by a rotation transmission rod mechanism 28. Thereby, the rotation of the pump rotation axis 12A can be reliably transmitted to the fan rotation axis 24 by the rotation transmission rod mechanism 28, and the cooling fan 23 can be smoothly rotated with properly facing the heat exchanger 18.
