<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element which allows the suppression of the rise of the driving voltage even in continuous driving with a constant current, and a light-emitting device having the light-emitting element, a display device and an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting element 1 has: an anode 3; a cathode 7; a first luminescent layer 42 provided between the anode 3 and cathode 7, which is caused to emit light by putting a voltage between the anode 3 and cathode 7; a second luminescent layer 62 provided between the cathode 3 and first luminescent layer 42, which is caused to emit light by putting a voltage between the anode 3 and cathode 7; and a carrier generation layer 5 provided between the first luminescent layer 42 and second luminescent layer 62, where electrons and holes are generated. The carrier generation layer 5 has an n-type electron transport layer 51 in contact with the first luminescent layer 42, and having the ability to transport electrons, and an electron-sucking layer 52 provided between the n-type electron transport layer 51 and second luminescent layer 62 and having the ability to suck electrons. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
