<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device which can solve a problem that when the device monitors output light to stabilize output light of the semiconductor laser and detects the output light by branching directly with a beam splitter, and by changing a part of the output light path through an optical filter, it is difficult to downsize it due to the increase of the number of parts, and to align the optical axis. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser device comprises: a semiconductor laser element 1 for emitting a fundamental wave; a conversion element 2 for receiving the fundamental wave and emitting a wavelength conversion light obtained by converting the wavelength of the fundamental wave; a filter 4 for selectively passing a wavelength region light being a desired wavelength region of the wavelength conversion light; a translucent member 6 for receiving the wavelength region light passing through the filter, specular reflecting a part of the wavelength region light, and substantially passing the remainder of the wavelength region light; a sealing member 5 for sealing the semiconductor laser element; and a light-receiving element 3 for receiving the specular reflection light specular-reflected by the transparent member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
