<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ND filter with an IR cut-off function, capable of further flattening light transmittance in a visible ray region than ever, while having an IR cut-off function. <P>SOLUTION: An ND filter 1 of the present invention comprises a substrate 10 having optical transparency, an ND film 20 which is formed on a surface of the substrate 10 and adjusts an amount of transmitted visible rays, and an IR cut-off film 22 which is formed on the surface of the substrate 10 having the ND film 20 or on a surface of the ND film 20 and adjusts an amount of transmitted IR rays. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
