<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that the surface of a backing layer sheet formed from a lining resin of a waste tile carpet is markedly uneven, and, in the publicly-known adhesive resin and bonding method, adhesive resin can be applied only thinly especially to a projecting part, causing adhesion failure. <P>SOLUTION: A tile carpet is manufactured by steps of applying adhesive resin to the surface of the backing layer 3 or the backside of the surface pile layer into ribs to form an adhesive layer 4, and pressurizing and flattening the adhesive resin applied thereto into the ribs by a pressure roll to firmly bond the surface pile layer and the backing layer and further improve a use ratio of recycling materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
