<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food washing apparatus effectively washing a washing subject to vertically float and submerge by entirely evenly blowing the subject from a bottom with sufficient blowing power while dispersing washing water or aerated water entirely evenly over a washing tank. <P>SOLUTION: The food washing apparatus includes: the washing water tank 2; a filtration water tank 7;a pressure water pipe 51 extended from a circulation pump 8 that is arranged to face upward at a center of the bottom surface of the washing water tank; a spray nozzle device 6 connected to an upward edge of the pressure pipe; a bubble generator 4 for aeration that is disposed in the middle of the pressure pipe; and a washing basket 9. The spray nozzle device includes, on the same radius with a center of plain view C as a center in the washing water tank, at least four upward nozzle pipes are arranged at regular intervals and one small spout is formed at the center of plain view which is positioned inside of the upward nozzle pipe and/or a plurality of the small spouts are formed in the vicinity of the center viewed from above. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
