<p>The invention prevents a pin from being deformed due to contact between the pin and corner parts of upper edges and lower edges of terminal receiving chambers, when a housing is inserted into an initiator. A connector includes a housing 5 and an initiator 1, a plurality of terminal receiving chambers 60a which are opened to a distal end face of the housing 5 in parallel with each other in a row, and terminals 10 with pin inserting parts 11 into which pins 21 in the receiving chamber 20 are inserted. Each of the pin inserting parts 11 has an elastic contact piece 11c which is elastically contacted with the inserted pin 21 thereby to hold the pin 21 in the pin inserting part 11, and a stamped out part llal for clamping the pin 21 in cooperation with the elastic contact piece 11c. The elastic contact pieces 11c are arranged in the same direction as the terminal receiving chambers 60a are arranged.</p>
