QUALITY OF SERVICE GATEWAY, SYSTEM FOR IMPLEMENTING QUALITY OF SERVICE LEVEL MAPPING AND METHOD THEREOF

A Quality of Service gateway (QSGW), a system for implementing the Quality of Service (QoS) level mapping and the method thereof are provided by the present invention. The method comprises: the QSGW receives a query request for querying home network QoS information of a mobile terminal from a roaming network QoS control node (S102); the QSGW obtains the home network QoS information of the mobile terminal through a home network QoS control node (S104); the QSGW maps the home network QoS information into roaming network QoS information according to pre-configured QoS mapping rules (S106); the QSGW replys the mapped roaming network QoS information to the roaming network QoS control node and the roaming network QoS control node configures the QoS level for the mobile terminal according to the roaming network QoS information (S108). The present invention enables the mobile terminal in the roaming network to obtain the same QoS level as the home network.
